Direct Deposit is an easy way to make sure your pay is deposited into your account on time. Plus, direct deposit saves you a trip to the branch on those busy days.

The Direct Deposit Program may also be used for Social Security and other benefit/pension checks. The United States Government has changed the January 1999 law requiring all individuals receiving US Government checks to start having their payments directly deposited. Direct deposit is not mandatory.
